How do I book?
The easiest way to book is to get in touch with us to discuss your requirements. We then research and prepare a suggested itinerary, tailor-made for your group, which we can amend and fine tune until you’re completely happy. Only at this point do we ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your tour price, and agree on a final payment deadline.
Can you visit our school?
Yes, we would be happy to visit your school to discuss your requirements and to deliver pre-tour presentations.
Will I receive joining instructions?
We send you a pre-tour information pack approximately three weeks prior to your tour departure, which will include detailed timings, contact details and a pre-departure checklist. But don’t worry, your experienced tour director will also have this information, and will take care of the tour administration from the moment you meet them.
Do you offer 24hr support while we're away?
Absolutely, you will be accompanied throughout your trip by one of our experienced tour directors who will oversee tour administration, provide local knowledge and ensure the smooth running of your trip, leaving you free to focus on the care of your group and their learning outcomes. The cost of your tour director is included in the price we quote you, but if you’d rather travel on your own, just let us know. We also provide a 24hr emergency contact number for added support.
How many teachers can travel for free?
We include free places for teachers as standard on a ratio of 1:8 for coach-based trips and 1:10 for air-based trips. However, each of our trips is tailor-made to you and we can easily amend this ratio based on your particular requirements.
Do teachers have to share rooms?
In our experience, teachers value their own space when leading a school trip. So we include single rooms for teachers travelling on a free place as standard.
Do we have to buy travel insurance from you?
No, we know that many schools already have a comprehensive travel insurance policy in place so we don’t include the cost of this in our prices.
Are there any hidden costs?
Never, we always try to find you the best price possible, and we make it clear in our tailored proposals exactly what is and is not included.
