Bookkeeper / Assistant Accountant
Based in Salisbury, The Cultural Experience enjoys high value, low volume sales transactions and organises holidays all over the world. The company requires a book-keeper/assistant accountant to play an active role within the company comprising:
• Operation of all aspects of the sales ledger including collection.
• Operation of all aspects the purchase ledger including international payments.
• Maintenance of the client money trust account
• Cash flow management
• Performing bank and payment card reconciliations
• Supporting the business as required
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, meticulous and sociable.
They will be proficient in Excel, experienced with small business accountancy software (ideally Quickbooks) and enjoy working within a small team. There will also be opportunities for travel and getting involved in other aspects of the business.
